Euan Whittaker Personal Training is based out of South Queensferry and delivers health and fitness training and fitness classes catering to individuals and small groups.

1:1 Personal Training

1:1 personal training is quality time spent focused on your individual targets and aspirations.

1:2 Personal Training

If you have a friend, family member or colleague who has similar aspirations or targets, personal training on a 1:2 basis may be the way to go.

Kick Start Program

The kick start program is perfect for those who want to lose weight for an upcoming holiday or event, have a sporting challenge coming up or want to boost their fitness in a short space of time..

Small Group Training

Many people enjoy training with a group of friends or may have a team event coming up such as Tough Mudder. Small group training provides a great opportunity to work with a group towards shared goals.

Ski Fitness

As well as being a fully qualified personal trainer, Euan is a qualified ski instructor.

Personal Training for Climbers, Hill Walkers and Mountaineers

Euan holds the highest worldwide qualification in rock and ice climbing, mountaineering, off piste skiing and ski touring.

Core for Climbers

A strong core improves climbing performance and helps prevent injuries.

About me

I have been involved in sports coaching for the last 23 years. As well as more traditional sports I have specialised in outdoor sports such as skiing, ice climbing, rock climbing and alpine mountaineering.

The coaching of these activities has involved gym work to improve performance, prevent injuries and rehabilitate injuries.

I have trained clients from a large range of backgrounds and aged from 8 to 74. My aim has always been, and still is, to focus on the individual aspirations of the client while providing education in injury prevention, training and nutrition to help achieve these.
